# Buy with Crypto

### **Step 1 - Choose a Project**

Select a project you’d like to support and click the **“Buy Ecocredits”** button.

> Note: Not all projects offer credits for purchase via crypto.

#### **Requirements**

Before proceeding, ensure you have:

* A [**Keplr wallet**](https://guides.regen.network/guides/wallets/wallet-setup)
* **REGEN tokens** for gas fees
* **Tokens on the Regen Chain** in your preferred denomination (e.g., USDC, REGEN, etc.), as different projects list credits for sale in various currencies.

### **Step 2 - Select the "Crypto" Tab**

At this stage, you must log in with your [**Keplr wallet**](https://guides.regen.network/guides/wallets/wallet-setup) to continue.

### **Step 3 - Select the Amount**

Choose either:

* The number of ecocredits you’d like to buy
* The amount of crypto you wish to spend and your preferred denomination (i.e. USDC, REGEN, etc)

#### **Retirement or Tradable Credits?**

Decide whether to:

* **Retire credits immediately upon purchase**
* **Buy tradable credits**

#### **Understanding Pricing & Availability**

* The total credits available may come from multiple sell orders, each with different prices.
* The UI automatically selects the lowest-priced credits.
* If you increase the quantity of credits, the price per credit may adjust, as the final cost is based on an average of all selected sell orders.

Once you've made your selection, click **Next**.

### **Step 4 - Enter Your Customer Info**

* Enter your **name** (this will appear on your retirement certificate and as your account name).
* Provide your **email address** if you’d like to receive a receipt.
* You can also link this email to your **Keplr wallet account**, enabling future login to the Regen Marketplace via email.

**Step 5 - Retirement Details (if applicable)**

If you are retiring your credits immediately, provide the following:

* At minimum, the **country of retirement**
* (Optional) A **retirement reason**, such as:
  * *“On behalf of XYZ Organization”*
  * *“For my 2025 travel carbon offset”*

Otherwise, if purchasing tradable credit you will simply need to agree to the Ecocredit Sales Agreement and terms of service.

Click **Purchase Now**.

### **Step 6 - Completion**

Once your purchase is successful, you will:

✅ See your **retirement certificate** on-screen (if retiring upon purchase), otherwise you will be redirected to your portfolio to see your tradable credits

✅ Receive a **purchase confirmation email**
